Refund & Returned Policy

1. Overview

At Al-Ihsan, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, is damaged, or has sizing issues, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return, replacement, or refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
  • All original packaging, barcode tags, safety seals, and designer labels must remain intact.
  • Apparel (Panjabi, T-Shirt, Polo, Pants) must not show signs of wear, stains, perfume scents, or alterations.
  • Attar & Fragrances must be unopened with the safety seal intact. Tested or partially used attar bottles cannot be returned.
  • Gadgets & Accessories must include the original packaging, charging cables, manuals, and warranty cards in undamaged condition.
  • Natural Foods are non-returnable unless you received an incorrect, expired, or damaged consignment.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Courier Return

Contact our customer care lines at +880 1909-430859 or mail us at alihsansunnahshop@gmail.com. Pack the item securely and dispatch it back to our central warehouse in Dhaka via a registered courier service.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method (bkash, Nagad, bank account, or card) within 3 to 7 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via mobile banking (bkash or Nagad) after verifying account details with the registered customer.

5. Shipping & Delivery Charges

Original delivery charges are non-refundable. For returns or size exchanges caused by customer preference, the customer is responsible for both return delivery fees and redelivery fees. However, if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent, manufacturing defect, damaged product), Al-Ihsan will bear all delivery charges.
