1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Al-Ihsan website, purchasing our products via our online channels (including F-commerce), or visiting our sales centers, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Product Orders & Acceptance
All orders placed through our website, social commerce platforms, or sales centers are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product descriptions, pricing inaccuracies, or issues identified by our fraud prevention team. Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you via email or phone to confirm order details and delivery times.
3. Pricing & Payments
All product prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but pricing errors may occur. In such instances, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed under incorrect prices. Payments can be made securely online via credit/debit card, mobile financial services (MFS), or Cash on Delivery (COD) as supported by our system.
4. Shipping & Regional Delivery
We offer courier delivery services across Bangladesh. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and shipping addresses. 5. Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns or exchanges for products purchased online or at our sales centers must meet our guidelines. Modest wear, apparel, attars, and other items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange claim.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, custom icons, and product designs on the Al-Ihsan platform are the exclusive property of Al-Ihsan/Believers and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Al-Ihsan and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to reliance on product descriptions or shipping timelines.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
